Refund Policy

Return any hardware within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be in good condition with all original packaging and accessories. Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Sizing kits are $20, and that amount is credited back toward your ring purchase. The kit itself is non-returnable, but the credit never expires once applied to an order.

Protection Plan and AI Coach subscriptions can be canceled anytime from your account. When you cancel, you'll keep access through the end of your current billing period. We don't prorate partial months, and subscription fees already billed are non-refundable.

Every ring includes a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If something goes wrong, we'll repair or replace it at no cost. Accidental damage, loss, and theft are covered separately under the Protection Plan.
